Based in Milan, Studio Matteo Nunziati operates internationally across architecture, interior design and product design, delivering high-end residential, hospitality and large-scale developments for a global clientele.
Matteo Nunziati works at the intersection of architecture, interiors and product design, with a practice that spans Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States
Led by Matteo Nunziati, the studio is recognised for its ability to translate complex programmes into coherent and refined spatial systems, combining architectural rigor with a deeply human approach to living. Each project is defined by precision, balance and a strong sense of identity, where proportion, materiality and detail are carefully calibrated.
His portfolio includes some of the most significant contemporary luxury developments worldwide. Among these, the Aston Martin Residences in Miami — a landmark within the global skyline — where he designed a 1,500 sqm triplex penthouse; and the Al Mourjan Business Lounge – The Garden at Hamad International Airport in Doha, recognised as the World’s Best Business Class Lounge.
He has collaborated with major international developers and institutions, including The Trump Organization, which appointed him for Trump Towers Pune, one of India’s most prestigious residential projects. His work in the Middle East includes large-scale developments such as Voco West Bay Suites in Doha, a 50-storey five-star tower recognised at the World Travel Awards, and the Oryx Tower for Qatar Airways.
Further projects include Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina and Radisson Blu Hotel Apartments Dubai Silicon Oasis, contributing to the definition of contemporary residential hospitality in the region.
In the residential sector, his work ranges from high-rise penthouses in New York and Miami to private villas in Dubai, Doha, Mumbai, Monte Carlo and Zurich. Notable projects include the penthouse at 432 Park Avenue and the Bosco Verticale penthouse in Milan, within one of the most iconic residential buildings of recent decades.

The headquarter of Matteo Nunziati is located north-west of the city where all the great projects are springing up
In the northern part of Milan, between the Isola district and the former Scalo Farini railway yard — one of the city’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving areas — Matteo Nunziati is developing his new headquarter through a rare and significant urban intervention.
This historically industrial area is undergoing a profound transformation, emerging as a new hub for contemporary design, art and creative industries. The presence of leading design and cultural players such as Paola Lenti, Nilufar Gallery and Fondazione Sozzani contributes to defining a vibrant and forward-looking creative ecosystem, positioning the district among the most promising in the city.
The project originates from the acquisition of a 500 sqm site previously occupied by an industrial building, now entirely demolished and reconceived as a contemporary residential compound — an approach that remains uncommon within Milan’s dense urban fabric. The masterplan is articulated into two distinct volumes, a single-storey and a two-storey building, connected through a private internal garden within a fully enclosed courtyard.
The architecture is defined by a rational, minimalist and contemporary language. The external envelope is clad in anthracite metal panels, combined with full-height glazing in the same tone, creating a strong, monolithic identity while maintaining transparency and lightness.
Inside, the material palette reflects a refined and essential approach: Grigio Alpi stone defines the architectural surfaces, while oak flooring introduces warmth and balance. The dialogue between materials, light and proportion shapes a calm and controlled spatial atmosphere.
More than a workplace, the project is conceived as a manifesto of Matteo Nunziati’s design philosophy — a synthesis of silent rigor, essentiality and precision, where every detail is carefully calibrated and contributes to a coherent and timeless vision.
The construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
