Owned by a local family and rooted in the authentic spirit of the island, this boutique hotel and private residences project in Paros acquires an international dimension through the interior design vision of Matteo Nunziati.
The concept is deeply inspired by the natural essence of the Cyclades: local stone, tactile materials and a carefully curated palette of warm, tonal colours define an atmosphere of understated elegance.
The design translates the quiet beauty of the Aegean landscape into a refined spatial experience, where light, texture and simplicity evoke a sense of calm and balance.
Comprising 22 suites and 12 private villas, all fully designed and coordinated by the studio, the project unfolds as a cohesive and harmonious resort. Interiors are conceived to blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment, enhancing the dialogue between architecture and nature.
