GET FIT CITY CLUB, located just steps from Piazza del Duomo in Milan, was entirely designed and supervised by Studio Matteo Nunziati.
One of the studio’s early landmark projects, it established Matteo Nunziati’s distinctive approach to luxury wellness, hospitality and interior design.
Inspired by the monumental simplicity of Lombard Romanesque architecture and Milan’s historic Navigli canals, the concept transforms the interiors into a contemporary interpretation of a monastery courtyard—an oasis of calm within the city.
Natural stone, ceramics, wood, leather, water and light combine to create a refined sensory experience.
On two levels within a restored historic building, the club features elegant fitness spaces equipped with Technogym equipment, sophisticated lounge areas and predominantly private changing rooms furnished with bespoke elements designed by Matteo Nunziati.
The lower level is dedicated to the spa, where carefully selected materials, lighting and water features shape an intimate wellness journey.
Highlights include a Swarovski crystal sauna, a Turkish bath, thalassotherapy and whirlpool pools, massage rooms and a striking swimming pool enclosed by an extra-clear glass edge, creating the illusion of a contemporary aquarium.
