Florim Flagship Store
Located in the heart of Brera, along Via Foro Buonaparte — one of Milan’s most prestigious and culturally vibrant addresses — the Florim Flagship Store, designed by Matteo Nunziati, redefines the concept of showroom as a space for dialogue, creativity and design interaction.
A New Kind of Showroom
Housed within a historic late 19th-century building, the 1,000 sqm space unfolds across two levels, with thirteen large windows opening onto the city, establishing a strong visual connection with the urban context.
Rather than a traditional retail environment, the project is conceived as a creative workshop — an open, dynamic platform where architects, designers and clients can engage directly with materials, ideas and soluti
Large worktables with integrated digital screens allow projects to be developed in real time, fostering collaboration and exchange.
The spatial layout is organized around different yet interconnected functions: co-working areas, a conference space, a lounge bar and immersive environments where Florim’s ceramic surfaces are applied in real architectural contexts, demonstrating their versatility across residential and contract design.
Light — both natural and artificial — plays a fundamental role, enhancing textures and surfaces with an almost museographic approach, while scenographic partitions define a fluid transition between work and more informal, convivial areas.
More than a flagship store, the project becomes a hub for contemporary design culture, where material, technology and human interaction converge — a concept that reflects Matteo Nunziati’s vision of architecture as a balance between tangible function and emotional experience.
