Developed across three levels and featuring two outdoor swimming pools and a private Jacuzzi, the residence represents an exceptional expression of contemporary ultra-luxury living, suspended between sky and ocean.
The interior design is conceived as a refined response to the intensity of the tropical light that floods the space through the tower’s iconic full-height windows.
A carefully calibrated palette of natural tones — ranging from beige to greige, enriched by the warm hues of wood, stone and metal — creates a soft and enveloping atmosphere, where materials absorb and modulate light, transforming brightness into a sense of calm and comfort.
Natural oak boiserie and Navona travertine flooring define the architectural language of the interiors, establishing a timeless and harmonious material identity.
