Note is a contemporary desk of essential character, its refined aesthetic and technical details a direct expression of Molteni&C’s devotion to the art of woodworking.
A Study in Wood and Leather
The top sits asymmetrically on the structure, two trays carved directly into its surface, the central one lined in saddle leather.
The rear of the desk curves to house a series of small drawers, also covered in leather.
The legs, carved on three sides through a complex three-dimensional woodworking technique, complete a piece that is at once modern and linear, refined and rich in cabinet-making detail.
In Canaletto walnut, the material speaks for itself.
