Spazio — Luxury multibrand showroom
Designed by Matteo Nunziati, this multibrand showroom in Pune represents one of the most significant platforms for international design in India, conceived to host and showcase some of the most prestigious global brands, including B&B Italia, Maxalto, Lema, Medea, Poggenpohl and Poltrona Frau.
More than a retail environment, the project is envisioned as a curated design destination, where different identities coexist within a coherent and refined spatial system.
The layout is structured to allow each brand to express its own language while maintaining an overall architectural unity, ensuring clarity, continuity and balance.
The interior design reflects a contemporary and sophisticated approach, rooted in the principles of the Italian way of living.
Materials, proportions and detailing are carefully orchestrated to create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, capable of enhancing the quality and identity of each collection on display.
Particular attention is given to the spatial sequencing, guiding visitors through a fluid experience that alternates between open, scenographic areas and more intimate settings, allowing products to be perceived within a realistic and residential context.
The project becomes a strategic bridge between Italian design culture and the rapidly evolving Indian market — a place where architecture, brand identity and lifestyle converge into a unified vision of contemporary living.
