Matteo Nunziati Studio has been commissioned to design the interiors of the first Trump Tower development in India. This landmark project represents a pinnacle of contemporary luxury, comprising two 25-storey residential towers in the city of Pune.
The interior design, curated by Studio Matteo Nunziati, translates a contemporary vision of high-end living into a fully integrated architectural and lifestyle concept.
Commissioned by The Trump Organization, the project was awarded following a selective process involving leading international studios.
The development comprises two 25-storey towers hosting just 44 exclusive residences — one per floor — each spanning approximately 400 sqm.
This rare configuration ensures exceptional privacy, generous proportions and a residential experience of the highest standard.
Beyond the private apartments, the project includes a comprehensive range of amenities designed to support a complete lifestyle: a spa with outdoor swimming pool, fitness and yoga areas, massage rooms, a reading lounge, multi-purpose spaces, business center, poker room and an art gallery.
