Studio Matteo Nunziati Designs Flou Installation at Salvioni Milano Durini During Milan Design Week 2026
For Milan Design Week 2026, Studio Matteo Nunziati created a new installation for Flou at Salvioni Milano Durini, transforming the showroom window into an immersive setting inspired by the Gaudì collection, designed by Studio Matteo Nunziati for the Italian brand.
Rooted in the organic forms of nature, the installation translates the design language of the collection into a spatial experience. Soft contours, natural materials and warm earthy tones evoke landscapes shaped by wind and time, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere in the heart of Milan’s design district.
At the center of the project is the Gaudì collection, a family of furniture that has grown over the years while remaining faithful to its original vision. Inspired by the expressive beauty of the natural world, the collection combines sculptural solid wood elements with soft, welcoming volumes, achieving a balance between craftsmanship, comfort and contemporary elegance.
The installation also celebrates the long-standing collaboration between Flou and Studio Matteo Nunziati. Built on a shared commitment to quality, innovation and timeless design, this partnership has produced a collection that continues to evolve while maintaining a strong and recognizable identity.
More than a display, the project is conceived as a narrative environment—an opportunity to experience the world of Gaudì through materiality, light and atmosphere, and to explore the dialogue between product design and interior architecture that defines the work of Studio Matteo Nunziati.
