ZION Krtsanisi Embassies
ZION Krtsanisi Embassies is a luxury residential development located in the prestigious diplomatic district of Krtsanisi, Tbilisi. Conceived as an elegant low-rise residential complex immersed in landscaped gardens and private courtyards, the project includes approximately 19,740 sqm of residential spaces, over 3,700 sqm of greenery, a 160 sqm outdoor swimming pool and a selection of hospitality-inspired amenities designed for an international clientele.
The architecture and interior design are curated by Matteo Nunziati, who envisioned a project combining a refined contemporary architectural language with a strong connection to Georgian culture and identity.
Natural stone, textured woods, warm metals and filtered light define interiors conceived to evoke calmness, elegance and material depth.

Bespoke elements reinterpret local craftsmanship through a contemporary lens, including custom carpets inspired by traditional decorative motifs historically associated with the Silk Road, creating a sophisticated residential environment where international design sensibility and local heritage coexist in balance.
