Private Villa
Set in one of Dubai’s most prestigious residential areas, this 1,800 sqm private villa, designed by Studio Matteo Nunziati, embodies a refined synthesis of architectural rigor and contemporary luxury living.
The exterior presents a monolithic and sculptural presence, inspired by traditional Middle Eastern and North African architecture. The façade, entirely clad in Jerusalem stone, defines a strong and timeless identity.
Inside, the project unfolds through a carefully orchestrated sequence of spaces, where light, material and proportion shape the experience.
The entrance, marked by bespoke walnut and bronzed metal detailing, leads to a grand atrium fully clad in Navona travertine. Here, iconic pieces by Gio Ponti establish a subtle dialogue with the Italian design heritage.
Architecture between memory and modernity
At the core of the villa lies the inner courtyard — a quiet, contemplative space where a centuries-old olive tree becomes the focal point, balanced by a striking swimming pool finished in rare Brazilian sodalite.
Architectural frames and soft geometries introduce movement, gently breaking the rigidity of the overall composition.
The interiors continue through a sequence of formal and informal living areas, including the Majlis, dining and family spaces, all defined by bespoke furnishings, warm wood textures and natural stone surfaces.
Large sliding partitions allow spaces to open and connect, enhancing fluidity and spatial continuity.
The upper level is dedicated to the private quarters, where eucalyptus wood and travertine create a more intimate and serene atmosphere.
The master suite, entirely custom-designed, reflects a philosophy of understated luxury, where every detail is precisely calibrated.
