Radisson Blu Residence
Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, the Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina represents one of the early large-scale residential hospitality projects designed by Matteo Nunziati in the Middle East.
Completed in 2008, the development comprises a 20-storey tower with over 150 serviced apartments, conceived as a fully integrated living environment combining private residences with hotel-level services. The project includes lobby and reception areas, restaurant and café, retail spaces, as well as multiple wellness facilities with swimming pools and fitness areas.
The design approach is based on a comprehensive vision, where architecture, interiors, materials and furnishings are developed as part of a unified system.
Central to the concept is the expression of the Italian way of living, translated into an international context through the use of refined materials, balanced proportions and carefully curated details.
