Villa Rome, Italy
A short distance from the center of Rome stands this villa of 500 sqm., built in the years between the two world wars. Matteo Nunziati's interior renovation wanted to preserve the characteristic historical elements, but at the same time making the space more contemporary and functional. The wenge-stained oak wooden floor is made with Fox Trot, the Listone Giordano product designed by Matteo Nunziati. The walls are covered with lacquered wood panels with “Nuvolato” a special new effect finish. The furniture is all produced by Rubelli Casa. These furnishing elements fit perfectly into this type of space because the style is inspired by the aesthetics of the same period in which the villa was built.
